Christos is a visionary technology entrepreneur with a rich and varied background, having launched multiple startups across different sectors. He is an accomplished executive with over two plus decades of experience building multi-disciplinary teams with the right mix of critical disciplines that take groundbreaking concepts from ideation to commercialization.  

 

With extensive experience in navigating complex transactions and establishing partnerships, Christos has been instrumental in pioneering technologies in stored value and payment systems, which previously did not exist. Notable achievements include the creation of BillMyParents, a payment platform that allows parents to authorize transaction requests from their children via a prepaid debit card. He also secured the North American license for the American Idol Gift Card program and selling the associated rights to Apple. He also led the negotiations for PHILTER’s Joint Development Agreement with British American Tobacco (BAT) and the terms of the company’s Series A Preferred Equity Financing Round with BTV, BAT’s venture arm. 

 

Christos has gained extensive knowledge of the detrimental effects of secondhand smoke, enabling him to spearhead the commercialization of the company’s innovative filtration technology and expand its valuable intellectual property portfolio through strategic product launches and technology licensing.
